Now is the best time to start aikido – all you need is indoor sports clothing, a towel, and the desire to train. No prior martial arts experience or "sufficient" fitness level required. Come try it out and have fun on the tatami.
New beginner course starts 1.11.
A new beginner course starts in Tampere on 1.11. Training on Sundays 18:30–19:30 and Thursdays 19:00–20:00. The course lasts 4 weeks, and during the course you can attend also all other classes than the basic course classes.

Aikido is suitable for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Choose the group that fits you best.
Juniors
Children start their aikido journey in age-appropriate beginner courses. The beginner course teaches aikido and general martial arts skills through games and play.
