    Basic course

A four-week beginner course for those who want to explore aikido safely and at their own pace.

The basic course is for beginners with no prior experience in aikido, martial arts, or other instructed activity. Participants do not need to be fit to enjoy it.

Over four weeks, beginners get a solid idea of what aikido is all about. It is a nice way to start a new hobby.

During the basic course, new practitioners are also welcome to join any other class – including the Monday weapons class and the Tuesday wrestling class.
