Aikido Unlimited is an aikido community founded in Tampere.
Aikido Unlimited is an aikido community founded in Tampere. We operate as a limited company, which enables us to invest in marketing and aikido visibility while maintaining flexible, customer-oriented operations. The founders are Mikko Kurkela and Sarita Siltanen.
We have a new training hall in Tampere and are starting operations in Hyvinkää as well. In Tampere, we have renovated comfortable and modern facilities right in the city center.
We especially focus on teaching children, youth, and beginning practitioners, so that new enthusiasts can discover a new active lifestyle through aikido.
Aikido can be practiced in many different ways. At Aikido Unlimited, we want to offer the same content in different ways, so that everyone can find a way of learning that suits them. Training sessions are divided into different categories.
At Aikido Unlimited, we emphasize the liveliness and adaptability of aikido. The training program aims to give practitioners the technical tools and body awareness that enable free and adaptive practice.
Aikido's free technique, Jyuwaza, is included in training from the very beginning.
Gi Rental Service
We offer our members a Gi Rental Service: No more need to carry a heavy gym bag or wash sweaty uniforms at home. For a reasonable monthly fee, you'll always have a high-quality, clean, correctly-sized gi waiting for you at the dojo.
